Forty techniques on every list. Eleven do the work, twenty-two waste your time, and seven wreck your face permanently. We read the papers and sorted them.
Most guides put a dermatologist-grade treatment and something invented on a forum on the same page, in the same tone. Ours doesn't.
Solid evidence, mechanism we understand, results you can count on. Where nearly all your progress comes from.
11Mechanism holds up, evidence is thin, worst case is nothing happens. Both halves have to be true.
09Does something small and real, gets sold as something huge. We say which half is which.
22Real chance of permanent harm, no established upside. We show exactly where the theory breaks.
07Tap anything you've heard of. Real verdict, straight out of the guide, with the chapter it came from.

One for everything you can do yourself. One for everything that needs a doctor.
The forum is free. Post, get rated, argue with the guides. Ranks are earned by contributing, not bought.
Seven ranks, earned by post count. No paid tiers, no way to buy your way up, and staff can't hand them out as favours.
Boards for skin, hair, the face, training, and one specifically for tearing apart whatever technique is trending this week. If we got something wrong in the guides, that's where you tell us.
Free account. You don't need the course.
Everything runs through Skool. Cancel whenever — nobody's locking you in.
Both guides plus the server. Where most people should start.
Two of us, a handful of people. It sells out and then it's shut.
Where the guides get argued with. Ask something, get an answer that isn't trying to sell you a stack. Free — you don't need the course.
discord.gg/glow-upSome of the raw information, yes. What isn't free is the sorting. Forums give you eighty techniques with equal weight and a lot of confidence. We read the papers behind the popular ones and a lot of them fall apart past the abstract.
Use the cope check above. If it doesn't tell you something new, don't buy it.
The rabbit study everyone links used appliances surgically screwed into skulls, on growing animals, with calibrated force. Real adult palatal expansion needs miniscrews driven into bone, or a surgeon. There's a reason that hardware exists.
Bonesmashing: what you see is callus, and callus resorbs. What stays is asymmetry, because you can't control where it forms.
The Softmax Guide and the forum are fine at any age — sleep, skin, training, grooming, posture. Nothing in it can hurt you.
The Hardmax Guide is 18+, and so is coaching. If you're fifteen and worried about your jaw: your face isn't finished. Do the boring parts and come back in a few years.
A compound chapter is a menu, and menus have an author. Go find whichever guide you read before this one, look at its peptide section, then look at what that account sells and whether there's a discount code in the document.
Also, they don't do what you're hoping. Steroids build muscle. What they do to your face is acne, accelerated hair loss, gyno that needs surgery, and water retention. Nothing to your bone. The Hardmax Guide has the full argument.
We change it, you get the update free, and we say what changed rather than quietly editing it. That's what the forum is for — a good chunk of the first-edition corrections came from people arguing with us.
